Class & Workshop Policy
To ensure we can provide the highest quality experience and materials for all participants, all class and workshop bookings are non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Credits: If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We will be happy to issue a full credit or a gift card for use toward a future session. Notifications received with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for credit.
Merchandise & Supplies
All physical goods, including merchandise, art supplies, sewing supplies and kits, are final sale. However, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit only. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify.
Cut Fabric Policy: Please note that the sale of cut fabric is final. Because fabric is cut to your specific length requirements, we unfortunately cannot offer returns, exchanges, or credits on these items.
Membership Cancellation Policy
We value your presence in our community and understand that needs may change. To ensure a smooth transition, we have the following requirements for membership cancellations:
Level 1 & Level 2 Memberships: We require a minimum of one month’s written notice prior to your next billing cycle for all cancellations.
Level 3 Memberships: As these memberships involve dedicated space, please reference the specific terms, notice periods, and obligations outlined in your signed Sub-Lease Agreement provided at the start of your term.
